ELAINE DUGGER SHAW
Elaine practices company and governmental affairs law in the East Bay area of San Francisco. Elaine graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, cum laude, in 1981, and is admitted to practice in California and Washington DC. Prior to entering the field of political activity law, she practiced corporate, commercial and public finance law for approximately twelve years in several international firms in San Francisco including Thelen Marrin, Greene Radovsky and Brown & Wood (now Sidley, Austin) and served as a law clerk at Cleary Gottlieb in Washington DC.
